Dia de los muertos

Dia de los muertos is a holiday celebrated in Mexico, America, and Canada. Dia de los muertos means "the day of the dead", in spanish. This is a gathering when families come together, pray for, and remember their dead family members. This holiday occurs on November 1st and 2nd. There are a lot of things traditions people do. Traditions include building private altars which honor the deceased, using sugar skulls, marigolds, the favorite foods and beverages of the departed, and visiting graves with these as gifts. The people have fiestas and commemerate their lost, loved ones. This is an extremely important festival in Mexico and Latin America.

Cuban Climate and Landscape

Climate: Cuba is moderate subtropical. The Cuban territory is at the edge the Tropic of Cancer, and due to its small body, on an east-west axis, it receives the refreshing trade winds and the sea breezes.
During the winter, it is cooled by alot of cold air from the North, those cold fronts don't last long.
The day and night temperatures change less in the coastal regions than inland.
The eastern part of the country has a warmer climate than the western part.

Landscape: Cuba is covered with beaches. They are all over the country, becasue it is an island. People try to travel to Cuba, just because od its beaches. Sierra del Rosario is mountain range in the Pinar del Río Province of Cuba. It is located in the western part of the Guaniguanico Range, in the north-central part of the province.

Mi familia

En mi familia tiene cinco personas : mi madre, mi padre, mi hermana,mi hermano, y yo. Mi familia es inteligente, comico, y activo. Tenemos animales y amigos. Vivimos en una ,casa en Tucson. A nosotros nos gustan animales, libros, libros, y deportes. Vemos T.V, leemos libros, y duermimos.

Mi hermano Alex, es inteligente, muy differente, y muy alto. Tiene lentes y pelo corto. Vive en una casa en Tucson. A el le gusta una computadora, correr, un lentes, y libros. A el lee libros, navegar por internet, y habla en latin.

Mi gato es Weber. A el es mal, comico, muy activo, y largo. Vive en mi casa en Tucson. Tiene un bano, pelo negro y blanco, amigos, y una cama. A el le gusta pez, comida, planta, y yo. A el atacka yo, corre, y come.

Mi madre es simpatica, comica, y trabaja. Vive en una casa en Tucson. Tiene hijos y una casa. Mi madre le gustan animales, sus hijos, comida, y trabajar en el jardin. Mi madre trabaja en el jardin, cocina, y lava la ropa.
